Passive income with EndoFund – how the investment works step by step

At the outset, you decide how much capital you wish to invest – a single investment typically ranges from PLN 100,000 to PLN 250,000. We then enter into a formal agreement, under which you, as an investor, receive a promissory note with a clearly defined maturity date and redemption value (representing the company’s obligation to repay the full amount).

Once the agreement is signed, the funds are transferred and, from that point on, you receive monthly interest payments in line with the agreed terms.

After 4 months, your full principal is repaid. In practice, most of our investors choose to enter into a new agreement

How your investment works with EndoFund

The entrusted capital is allocated to vetted medical companies that have already secured contracts for the supply of equipment to hospitals. EndoFund supports their ongoing operations by providing financing, with each transaction backed by contracts linked to the Polish public healthcare system (NFZ).

Each counterparty and agreement undergoes thorough due diligence, and we work exclusively with reliable, carefully selected partners. As a result, medical companies receive funds for their invoices more quickly, while investors benefit from regular interest payments on their capital.

Looking for a reliable source of passive income?
Build it with EndoFund.

By investing with EndoFund, you grow your capital through healthcare contracts backed by the Polish public healthcare system (NFZ) and strengthen your financial future.

Medical factoring investment involves financing companies in the healthcare sector that supply equipment or services to hospitals under existing contracts. EndoFund allocates capital provided by investors to companies with signed agreements with medical institutions.

Each transaction is backed by receivables linked to the Polish public healthcare system (NFZ), under which the contracts are settled. This enables medical companies to receive payment for their invoices more quickly, while investors earn regular interest on their invested capital.

Each counterparty and transaction undergoes thorough due diligence. The model combines exposure to the healthcare sector with a structured, income-generating investment approach over a short-term horizon.

At EndoFund, the minimum investment starts from PLN 100,000, while the maximum amount for a single investment is PLN 250,000. Investments are short-term and structured in cycles, each lasting 4 months.

At the end of each cycle, the full principal is repaid, while interest payments are made on a monthly basis. These thresholds are designed to support efficient capital allocation and maintain a clear and transparent investment process.

The model is suitable for both individual investors and businesses seeking short-term, income-focused investment opportunities.

Protecting investors’ capital is a priority for us. Each transaction—including the agreement, invoice, and medical counterparty—undergoes rigorous verification. We assess the credibility of medical companies, their contracts with hospitals, their operational capacity, and the structure of contracts linked to the Polish public healthcare system (NFZ).

In addition, each investment is governed by a formal agreement and supported by a promissory note, which defines the company’s obligations regarding the repayment of capital and interest within a specified timeframe.

We work exclusively with reliable, carefully vetted partners, which helps to mitigate counterparty risk. From the outset, investors are informed of the interest payment schedule and the capital repayment date—there are no hidden terms or variable conditions. Through these measures, we aim to provide a transparent investment process and a high level of capital protection.

Yes—reinvesting and entering into new agreements is a common practice at EndoFund. Many of our investors choose to participate in successive investment cycles, gradually increasing the amount of capital allocated.

After each 4-month investment period—once the principal and accrued interest have been paid—investors may choose to reinvest their funds in new opportunities. This allows for a continuous, income-focused investment approach without the need to move capital elsewhere.

The repeatable structure provides flexibility and supports efficient portfolio management within EndoFund.

Both individual investors and businesses can participate in EndoFund’s investment projects. The model is designed to accommodate private investors with available capital as well as companies seeking alternative ways to deploy their funds.

Each investor enters into a formal investment agreement with EndoFund, and the investment is supported by a promissory note and contracts linked to the Polish public healthcare system (NFZ).

There is no requirement to operate a business—what matters is meeting the minimum investment threshold and accepting the terms of the agreement.

This makes medical factoring investments accessible to a broad range of investors seeking short-term, income-focused opportunities with a transparent structure.

Investments offered by EndoFund target an average annual return of around 12%, within a short-term investment period of 4 months.

The model provides monthly interest payments, allowing investors to receive regular income throughout the investment period. At the end of the 4-month term, the full principal is repaid in accordance with the terms set out in the agreement and promissory note.

The expected return is defined in advance in the investment documentation, providing clarity on payment terms and timelines. The structure is based on contracts linked to the Polish public healthcare system (NFZ), offering a transparent and structured approach to short-term, income-focused investing for both individual investors and businesses.
